No. We work with short-term rental properties, guest-ready homes, empty apartments that need to be ready to move in, and private homes. The approach is especially practical for rentals because it covers all aspects: layout, style coherence, practical solutions, complete shopping lists and guest experience.

Our current focus is Évora and Alentejo-inspired interiors, especially for owners and investors preparing for 2027, when Évora and the Alentejo will be European Capital of Culture. Choose Refresh & Style if the main furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms are already in place, but the property needs better coherence, textiles, décor, lighting, and fresh finishing details. Choose Furnish from Empty if the property is ready but empty, and you need furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories, and a full guest-ready setup. Choose Finish & Furnish if you still need decisions for flooring, tiles, wall finishes, bathroom or kitchen finishes, fixtures, and then furniture and décor.

Depending on the package, you receive a complete design direction with measurements, layout planning, 3D elevations, realistic renders, furniture and décor selections, complete shopping lists, and clear room-by-room instructions. The package gives you the full guidance needed to prepare the property for moving-in or receiving guests, depending on your purchasing, delivery, installation, and setup timeline.

The standard design package does not include construction work, contractor management, furniture purchasing, delivery coordination, furniture assembly, installation.

Our standard packages are designed for properties up to 80 m², useful space. For larger properties, we prepare a customized quote based on the size, number of rooms, complexity, location, and level of service needed.

Yes. We can work with owners who live outside Portugal, as long as we have access to the property or receive complete and accurate plans, measurements, photos, and videos. This is especially useful for investors, remote property owners, and people moving to Portugal who need a clear furnishing and setup plan before arrival.

Yes. We can include existing furniture in the design if the pieces are suitable for the space, condition, and final goal of the property. During the assessment, we review what should stay, what should be replaced, and what can be improved through styling, layout, textiles, lighting, or décor.

No. The shopping list gives you a clear direction and specific recommendations. If an item becomes unavailable or you prefer another option, you can replace it with something similar in size, material, color, and function.

One small revision is included in the package and may be used for product swaps or small finish adjustments. Additional product replacement support can be discussed separately if needed.
